1 Enoch

The words of Enoch, who is taken up into heaven and shown things people on earth cannot see. It tells how angels called Watchers came down, took wives, taught people weapons and spells, and fathered giants, and what God did about it; then it follows Enoch on tours to the ends of the earth, past prisons of fire, storehouses of wind and snow, and the courses of the sun, moon and stars. There are visions of a coming judgment, dreams in which whole histories are acted out by animals, letters to Enoch's sons, and a Son of Man seated on a throne of glory. It is not part of most Bibles, though some churches count it as scripture.
