Song of the Three Holy Children

A short addition to the story of the three men in the fiery furnace, set inside the fire itself. Azarias stands up and prays, admitting that the people have sinned and asking God to keep his covenant and rescue them; the furnace is stoked until the flame burns the men standing around it, and an angel comes down and drives the flame out. The three men then sing a long song together, calling on the heavens, the weather, the seas, the animals, and the people of Israel to bless the Lord forever.
