Micah
The words of Micah of Moresheth, who speaks about Samaria and Jerusalem during the reigns of Jotham, Ahaz, and Hezekiah. He names what the rulers, prophets, and priests have done (seizing fields and houses, taking bribes, using false weights) and says the cities will be left in ruins. Between the warnings he pictures nations coming to Jerusalem to beat their weapons into farm tools, a ruler coming out of Bethlehem, and God pardoning sin, and he sums up what the LORD requires as doing justice, loving mercy, and walking humbly with God.
