Leviticus

The LORD speaking to Moses from the tent of meeting, mostly in instructions: how to bring burnt offerings, grain offerings, peace offerings, sin offerings and guilt offerings, how priests are dressed and ordained, and what makes a person, a house or a piece of cloth clean or unclean. Between the lists of rules are a few scenes, Aaron and his sons ordained, fire coming out from the LORD, Nadab and Abihu killed, a man stoned for cursing the Name. The last chapters cover the Day of Atonement, laws about food, sex, honesty, land and workers, the yearly feasts, the sabbath year and the jubilee, and what will follow if Israel keeps these laws or refuses them.
