Jude

A one-chapter letter from Jude, written to Christians he calls loved and kept in Jesus Christ. He says he meant to write about the salvation they share, but changed his plan: ungodly men had slipped in among them, and he wanted his readers to fight for the faith instead. He lines up examples of judgment from the past, compares these men to Cain, Balaam, and Korah, quotes a prophecy of Enoch and a warning from the apostles, and closes by telling his readers to pray, keep themselves in God's love, and show mercy.
