James

A short letter to Jewish believers scattered outside their homeland, written in blunt, practical instructions. James covers trials, asking God for wisdom, favoring the rich over the poor, faith that shows up in what a person does, the damage a tongue can do, fights that start in a person's own desires, and workers cheated out of their pay. It ends with instructions on prayer, including calling the church elders to pray over the sick.
