Ezekiel

The visions and messages of Ezekiel, a priest taken to Babylon with the exiles from Judah. It opens with a storm, four living creatures and a throne, and moves through acted-out signs, parables, riddles and funeral songs about Jerusalem's fall, then messages against Tyre, Egypt and other nations. The last part turns to what comes after: dry bones standing up as an army, the people brought home, and a long measured tour of a new temple, ending with a city named 'The LORD is there.'
