2 Chronicles

The story of Judah's kings, from Solomon to the exile, told with the temple at the center. It starts with Solomon building the temple in Jerusalem and dedicating it, then follows the split of the kingdom and every king who ruled in Jerusalem after that, some who tore out the idols and repaired the building, some who shut its doors. It ends with Babylon burning the temple and carrying the people away, and then with a Persian king telling them they may go home and build it again.
